Guidelines for Responsible Disclosure

To ensure a safe and coordinated resolution, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

• Please email your findings strictly to: security@eml-cleaning.co.uk
• Encrypted communications are preferred. You can find our PGP key in our security.txt file.
• Do not exploit the vulnerability (e.g., do not download more data than necessary to demonstrate the proof of concept, do not delete or modify our data).
• Do not perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, brute force attacks, or automated spamming.
• Give us a reasonable timeframe (at least 30 days) to resolve the issue before publishing any technical details publicly.

Our Commitment

If you follow these guidelines, we commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours, keeping you updated as we work on a fix, and validating your support by adding your profile to our Security Hall of Fame.
